World Class Health is seeking a Care Navigator (Contract — Mexico) to assist members with imaging, diagnostic, surgical, and clinical needs.
You will work with automated outreach and navigation teams, engaging US-based members by phone, text, and email.You'll follow playbooks that evolve, performing outreach with strong judgment and ensuring accurate documentation in Salesforce.
This is an early-stage operation with room to optimize processes as the program grows.
