Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Employee Health & Well-Being Shift Doctor to support the Sálvarcar site in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
The doctor will provide clinical care for manufacturing employees on shift 1 and maintain medical records using EMR systems.Adecuado candidates will have a non-restricted medical license, 2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.
Occasional travel and collaboration with EHS, HR, and local authorities are expected.
