- Ensures qualitative and complete review of budgetsand forecasts- Transfer pricing analysis as assignedInternal Processes and Business Support- Analyzes the adequacy of internal controls for financial reporting- Makes recommendations to improve internal processes and assists in implementation- Improves the close and allocation process as well as its operation and reinforce the SEC reportingprocess- Reviews and maintains allocation drivers and operations- Maintains Business Plan and Forecast calendars for the year (checklist of all reports and necessary actions calendared)Skills and Experience- 5+ years of Experience in Financial Forecasting, Budgeting, and Financial Planning.
- Knowledge of advanced financial planning tools, including experience with SAP IBP, SAP BPC, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC Planning).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Knowledge of financial system implementation or migration processes.
- Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for financial analysis or process automation is desirable.
- Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
The position requires frequent interaction in English and Spanish for regional projects.
- Strong analytical skills, Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and build effective business partnerships, Proactive approach to engaging stakeholders and gathering relevant business information.EducationE - Completion of an undergraduate program required (B.A. or B.S.).
