? We're hiring: Accounts Payable Contractor | 100% Remote (LATAM)

At Vintti, we're looking for an AP professional to join a US-based company's Finance team. This is a client-facing role: you'll be the go-to person for vendors and internal stakeholders on all things AP.

? What you'll do:

- Process invoices and payments, coding to GL accounts, cost centers, and projects
- Manage a high-volume AP inbox
- Handle vendor onboarding, banking verification, and 1099 tracking
- Answer vendor and stakeholder inquiries and resolve issues end to end
- Review expense reports, reconcile corporate cards, and process reimbursements

✅ Must-haves:
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
- Hands-on experience with T&E;, corporate card reconciliation, and reimbursements
- Client-facing experience with vendors and stakeholders
- Professional English, written and verbal
- Availability to work through 4:00 PM PT

⭐ Nice to have: Stampli, Sage Intacct, construction or renewables experience

? Full-time, 40 hrs/week, independent contractor
