Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role analyzes financial data, prepares reports, and develops models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring performance against budgets, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, reporting, and process improvements, and prepares clear presentations for leadership.



The role also contributes to the development of best practices in financial analysis and helps enhance internal controls and financial procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong finance foundation, including experience in Finance and Financial Planning.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, building models, and supporting strategic decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including variance and trend analysis.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, financial planning software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience in a senior or lead financial analysis role, preferably supporting high-growth or multinational organizations.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with nearshore or distributed team environments and experience with U.S. or international financial practices is beneficial.
