- 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Mexico City timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Staff Bookkeeper to support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations for multiple clients.
This role is idóneo for an accounting professional with solid hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end processes, and client-facing accounting support.
This is a hands-on, operational role with clearly defined workflows and close collaboration with accounting and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping Support
- Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software
- Maintain accurate general ledger records
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Prepare and post journal entries as requiredReporting & Close Support
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- Review transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentationTeam Collaboration




- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams
- Support accounting and payroll processes as needed
- Assist with special accounting projects and ad-hoc tasksRequirementsExperience
- 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, and month-end close support
- Experience supporting reconciliations and AP/AR tasks
- Understanding of basic accounting principlesTechnical Skills
- QuickBooks experience is mandatory
- Experience with journal entries and reconciliations
- Excel skills for tracking and reporting is a plus
