TCS is looking for a professional for an AWS DevOps

Work modality: Hybrid

(Candidate must be available to work from Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico City or Monterrey office at least 3 day per week)

Job Summary

We are looking for mid to senior candidate with a strong Developer background in AWS.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker & Kubernetes - AWS, AWS EKS
- Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters (pods, deployments, services, ingress, RBAC)
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Shell & Python scripting
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Define and track SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs
- Own system reliability, availability, and performance
- Implement observability using Open Telemetry
- Build dashboards using Grafana and set up alerts via Prometheus
- Manage logs and alerts using Splunk
- Perform deep-dive debugging across distributed systems
- Lead incident response, RCA, and post-mortems
- Participate in on-call rotations and manage error budgets

Required Skills

- Min. 4 years of experience
- Advanced English communication
- Kubernetes, Docker




- Shell scripting, Python
- Open Telemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk
- SLA/SLO/SLI concepts
- CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Jenkins
- Strong debugging & troubleshooting skills (distributed systems)
- Linux/Unix and networking fundamentals
- Release management
- Nice to have: Java, Rest APIs, Exposure to AliCloud
