Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Monterrey, NLE. The Bookkeeper will record daily financial transactions, maintain ledgers, and ensure accurate posting of journal entries.

Responsibilities include reconciling bank and account statements, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing process. The role involves working with accounting software to update records, track expenses and revenues, and assist with budgeting or audit preparation as needed. The Bookkeeper will collaborate with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies, uphold internal controls,



and provide timely financial information.

Qualifications

- Strong bookkeeping experience, including accurate recording of transactions and maintenance of financial records
- Ability to prepare and review financial statements and related reports
- Proficiency with accounting software and related digital tools
- Knowledge of finance principles and practical application in day-to-day accounting
- Experience creating and posting journal entries in accordance with accounting standards
- Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Relevant education in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with local accounting regulations and tax requirements in Mexico is an advantage
