With a team of 26+ across the U.S. and Latin America and over 200 active clients, we help our clients understand and grow through marketing that actually moves the needle. We also manage white-label fulfillment for agencies that outsource their SEO and marketing work to us.

About This Role

We're looking for a Client Success Manager / Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts. This is a client-facing role responsible for building trust with clients who are often skeptical of marketing, translating performance data into terms they understand, and driving long-term retention. You won't be executing SEO or Ads work yourself as a dedicated fulfillment teams handle implementation, but you'll need to deeply understand the reporting and be the face of the company for your accounts.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Prepare for and lead monthly one-on-one client calls (roughly 1 hour prep + 1 hour call per client)
- Conduct client onboarding calls, including reviewing sales call notes/recordings beforehand
- Deliver clear follow-up tasks to internal SEO, Google Ads, and web design teams after every call




- Proactively monitor account health throughout the month and respond promptly to client texts/emails
- Translate marketing performance (calls, rankings, ad results) into plain-language outcomes clients care about
- Identify and pitch additional services (SEO, Google Ads, LSA, etc.) as genuine value-adds, not just upsells
- Participate in weekly call-review and daily team check-ins
- Interpret reports from Go High Level, local rank tracker/heat map tools, and Google Ads
- Build relationships strong enough to generate client referrals

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Customer Success Manager at a marketing/digital agency
- Experience with home service business clients (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, construction) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Go High Level (HubSpot experience also welcome)
- Working knowledge of SEO reporting tools (Ahrefs, BrightLocal, local rank trackers) and ability to interpret Google Ads reports
- Strong written and spoken English
- Based in Latin America and able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours with excellent English and camera presence

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
