Role Overview

We are seeking a senior SAP PP Consultant with at least 8 years of hands-on experience to support complex manufacturing operations and shop-floor execution. In this role, you will work directly out of client manufacturing plants in Mexicali, collaborating closely with business operations, plant personnel, and cross-functional teams to drive successful go-live activities, hypercare support, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate directly with plant management and manufacturing end-users on-site to analyze operational requirements and support deployment activities.
- Configure and support core SAP PP functionalities including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) , Production Orders

, and Batch Management

.





- Ensure seamless business continuity and system functionality during plant go-lives and hypercare phases.
- Support end-to-end integration between SAP PP and SAP EWM to streamline shop-floor execution and inventory management.

- Provide user support, troubleshoot complex system issues, and conduct operational training for business teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 8+ years of experience in SAP PP module configuration and execution within manufacturing environments.

- Hands-on expertise with MRP parameters, Production Order lifecycle, and Batch Management/traceability.
- Practical understanding and project experience with SAP PP/EWM integration points.

- Demonstrated experience providing on-site plant support and floor-level go-live assistance.

- English Proficiency: B2/B2+ minimum (able to lead technical discussions, document processes, and interface with general teams).

- Excellent communication, active listening, and stakeholder management skills across shop-floor and management levels.
