Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. The adecuado candidate will help customers use our products and services effectively, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Guide customers through onboarding and product implementation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention, renewals, and account growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular reports.




- Track customer feedback and recommend improvements to internal teams.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling customer queries, escalations, and follow-ups.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and customer management platforms.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, software, technology, or B2B services.
- Experience managing customer accounts, renewals, and customer retention.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
