Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team.

This position will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing finished goods inventory, and collaborating with Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain demand forecasts through the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process.
- Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and inventory levels to improve forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand and production planning.
- Monitor finished goods inventory and identify opportunities for inventory optimization.
- Prepare and analyze demand planning reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with manufacturing plants to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.
- Participate in regular demand review meetings with commercial and operations teams.
- Support working capital reduction initiatives through effective inventory management.
- Manage demand changes and product transitions.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Understanding of S&OP; processes and demand forecasting methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations certifications.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
