We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Executive to provide customer service and technical support to customers in the United States. The ideal candidate will deliver professional, efficient, and customerfocused assistance while identifying issues and providing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and technical support to customers in English.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and technical issues over the phone.
Identify customer needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
Guide customers through product or service features and troubleshooting procedures.
Document customer interactions and follow up on cases according to established procedures.
Maintain high standards of service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Advanced English proficiency B2C1 level.




Strong spoken English and listening comprehension skills.
Experience in customer service, call centers, technical support, or customer assistance.
Excellent communication, active listening, and problemsolving skills.
Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer service systems.
Availability to work onsite in Chapultepec, Roma Norte, Mexico City.
