Role Description

This full-time Project Coordinator role at SPIE WIND is a hybrid position based in Polanco, the Project Coordinator oversees project execution for Wind energy projects, coordinating timelines, budgets, manpower, and quality standards, working closely with Project Managers, supporting staff, Technical teams, Customers, and suppliers

Daily responsibilities include planning and tracking project milestones, supervising expediting and inspection activities with all Technicians, and managing logistics to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.

The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, preparing progress reports, mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions when needed.

This role will maintain accurate and complete project documentation in line with company standards.

The Project Coordinator is also a safety promoter, compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications





Experience in project coordination within Energy Industries, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Skills in expediting and working as an expeditor to track orders, follow up with suppliers, and resolve delays.

Logistics management capabilities to coordinate transportation, travel, acommodation, for a group of technicians.

KPI definitions and follow up, to track budget performance and resource efficiency.

Background

Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the Wind Industry.

Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Excel ; familiarity with Monday.com (desirable), Clockify or Similar, Power BI.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sector is preferred.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Polanco, CDMX, and adapt to changing project priorities.
