Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 MXN / month

About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional professional to step into the role of School General Director. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this position is responsible for the pedagogical, operational, and institutional management across all educational levels (Preschool, Elementary, Middle School, and High School).

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Leadership/Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of executive leadership experience in private multi-level (K-12) schools.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced fluency in English (Bilingual School setting).
- Expertise: Strong mastery of contemporary pedagogical models and institutional management.
- Executive Leadership: Proven track record in directing faculty, academic coordinators, and administrative staff.
- Interpersonal Skills: Executive presence, diplomacy, and high emotional intelligence to handle and resolve complex situations with discerning parents.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated knowledge and oversight of key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding academic excellence, parent satisfaction, and student retention.

Develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on student recruitment, satisfaction, and retention to increase overall enrollment.
- Strategy & Innovation: Design and implement the institutional academic framework and continuous improvement projects.
- Institutional Representation: Serve as the executive face of the institution to families, the Board of Directors, and the broader educational community.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance organizational culture focused on employee well-being and professional development.
- Accountability: Present strategic plans and performance metrics to General Leadership and the Board of Directors.
