Role Description This is a full-time, remote Field Sales Representative role based in Queretaro or Mexico Metropolitan Area.

The Field Sales

Representative will visit existing and prospective customers, present Latinrep’s line card of electronic components, and identify design win opportunities in collaboration with engineering and purchasing teams.

Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, tracking opportunities through the sales cycle, and coordinating with internal and principal partners to ensure timely quotations, samples, and order fulfillment. The role involves regular market research, participation in industry events, and reporting on customer activity, competitive trends, and sales performance.

Representative is expected to build long-term customer relationships and contribute to revenue growth in both standard and advanced technology product categories.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, account management,



and negotiation skills focused on B2B electronics or industrial markets.
- Ability to identify customer needs, create demand, and support design-in opportunities with CMs and OEMs.
- Solid communication and presentation skills in professional business settings; ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Working knowledge of electronic components (discrete, passive and semiconductors)
- Organizational and time-management skills to plan customer visits, manage a sales territory, and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) to prepare reports and sales materials.
- Professional working proficiency in English to communicate with international principals and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field,
- Have it's Own car and valid active USA Visa
- Willingness to travel within the Bajio and Central region of Mexico.
