A convenir Contrato por tiempo indeterminado Tiempo Completo Time Ceramics is seeking a highly communicative and well-organized professional to manage and strengthen the companys working relationships with banks and financial-related government institutions. The position will be based in Mexico City and will maintain regular communication with banks, tax authorities, social security institutions and other relevant organizations.

Key Responsibilities Maintain regular professional communication with banks and relevant institutions, including SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT and other financial or employment-related authorities. Follow up on banking matters, tax procedures, social security matters, official requests, audits and pending administrative processes. Arrange and attend meetings with banks, authorities, external advisers and internal teams. Obtain timely updates through official and authorized channels. Maintain a clear tracking list of open matters, responsible persons, deadlines and required actions. Prepare brief meeting notes and follow-up reports after relevant visits or communications. Coordinate the collection and submission of documents with Finance, Tax,



Human Resources, Legal and other internal departments. Immediately report significant notices, approaching deadlines, inspections or potential financial exposures to the CFO. Maintain complete and properly organized electronic records for each institution and matter. Prepare a concise weekly status report for management. Perform all activities in accordance with the companys confidentiality, ethics and anti-corruption policies. Position located on Mexico City, with occasional travel to the manufacturing facility as required on Emiliano Zapata, Hidalgo.

- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura
- 3 años de experiencia
- Edad: entre 30 y 39 años
