We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food and Beverages Director to join the team at SLS Playa Mujeres Cancún, All-Inclusive Collection. Ennismore, through its luxury brand SLS, is bringing an extraordinary new all-inclusive resort to the oasis of Playa Mujeres, just north of Cancún, Mexico.

Introducing a stunning new luxury destination in Playa Mujeres, Cancún. Our all-inclusive resort features 500 luxurious rooms, complemented by an impressive collection of 18 Food & Beverage outlets and a rejuvenating spa sanctuary.

Catering to both adults seeking an elevated escape and families looking for connection and adventure, the resort will bring a world of extraordinary experiences to Cancún, with a diverse range of amenities and activities designed for travelers of all ages.

- Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.




- Drive compliance with LQA standards and applicable AAA Diamond quality expectations.
- Maximize revenue, profitability and cost control through strategic planning and performance analysis.
- Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B; leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong financial acumen, operational expertise and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Passion for gastronomy, innovation and exceptional guest experiences.
