This senior role requires an expert-tier Atlassian architect to design, build, and operationalize a comprehensive project management environment in Jira. You will establish a single, reliable source of truth for go-to-market (GTM) and product launch execution, ensuring complete transparency and accountability across multiple cross-functional teams.

Operating with strategic ownership, you will translate complex operational needs into highly automated Jira workflows, custom fields, and advanced reporting dashboards. Your work will directly enable team members and executives to monitor milestones, track risks, and evaluate project health in real time.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and build the Jira project environment for GTM and product launch workflows, establishing standard naming conventions, custom fields, and automation rules.
- Develop advanced Atlassian reporting dashboards, gadgets, and JQL filters to provide real-time visibility into launch readiness and portfolio status.
- Author comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project management guides to ensure long-term system sustainability.
- Train and enable cross-functional teams to drive system adoption and support the migration of active projects into the new environment.
- Provide day-to-day program management support, tracking milestones, managing risks, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.





Requirements:

- 5+ years architecting and administering Jira/Atlassian environments from scratch, beyond basic configuration: workflows, custom fields, JQL, and automation at scale
- C1 English level or higher.
- Hands-on launch management or PMO experience in a product organization: you have personally owned launch readiness across marketing, sales, and customer success, not only delivery deadlines.
- Proven executive dashboards that led to concrete decisions.
- Solid judgment on native Jira automation versus API or external tools.
- Experience writing SOPs and training teams on new tools.
- Nice to have: Experience building agentic workflows or automated reporting from Jira into Claude or similar AI tools (a clear differentiator). Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, Jira Product Discovery, or Jira Align. B2B SaaS, data, or regulated industry background.

PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Atlassian certification
- Cross-functional GTM alignment. Demonstrated experience partnering with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to understand how launches actually run — market readiness, sales readiness, CS readiness, launch messaging, and customer onboarding — not just product/project delivery and deadlines.
