About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to support IT operations, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making initiatives within a dynamic and evolving business environment.

This role combines business analysis, project management, and data reporting responsibilities. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze operational data, develop reporting solutions, and lead initiatives from discovery through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions, dashboards, and process improvements.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational metrics using reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Leverage cloud-based data platforms and analytical tools to retrieve, organize, and interpret operational data.
- Analyze data from enterprise applications and operational systems to identify trends, process inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement




- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead initiatives independently while proactively identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and driving execution.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for business requirements, process flows, reporting logic, project artifacts, and outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and status updates to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and analyzing business or operational data.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with project management and work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent solutions.
- Experience supporting IT operations, enterprise applications, business systems, or shared services environments.
