Due to our exponential growth we are looking for our next: Mex - New Hire Compliance Clearer.

Schedule: M-F 8 am - 5 pm

Role Purpose

The purpose of the Clearer is to ensure Driving Record, Criminal Background, and DOT driving employment history are verified for every potential CR England truck driver based on FMCSA, DOT, and company policies, rules, laws, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

A person in this position performs the following functions:

For every application assigned, a Clearer must:

· Preclear drivers booked to show up to 3 weeks in advance by:

· Review all reports (Motor Vehicle Report(s), CDLIS, Background Check, PRE, and PSP).

· Completing different tasks on the CRM Checklist (MVR, Reports, Criminal History, PSP, and Work History) as requested by New Hire Compliance.

· Get in contact with external contacts such as, but not limited to: Licensing agencies from different states, Court houses of different levels, Insurance Companies, and other carriers/ company owners through persistent phone call, email, and/or fax.

· Unbook drivers that currently do not qualify per on of the FMCSA rules, DOT laws, or CR England criteria.

Working Relationships





A Clearer is in constant communication with:

· DRD, Recruiters/Managers.

· New Hire Compliance

· Permit Team, Placement, DOT Compliance as needed/requested.

· Licensing Agencies from Different States

· Court Houses of different levels (City, County, State)

· Insurance Companies

· Other Carriers/Company owners for employment verification.

Dimensions

A Clearer works to preclear a driver application the moment a Booking Date or Estimated Booking Date is added to the application on CRM and Tenstreet. The number of booked apps will vary from season to season. However, the current average is 45 Experienced Driver applications per week. The clearer will work current weeks as well as up to 3 weeks in advance at any given time.
