Role Description The Kids Club Attendant is a full-time, on-site role based at Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Valle de Banderas, NAY. This role is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children participating in the resort’s kids club activities. Day-to-day tasks include supervising children, organizing age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities, and ensuring all programming aligns with the resort’s standards of service and safety.

The attendant will greet families, explain kids club offerings, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and maintain clear communication with parents or caregivers about their children’s experience. Additional responsibilities include keeping play areas clean and orderly, monitoring adherence to health and safety protocols, reporting any incidents promptly, and collaborating with other resort teams to support special events or family-focused experiences.

Qualifications

- Experience working with children in hospitality, education, childcare, recreation, or similar settings, with a strong focus on safety and well-being.
- Skills in planning and facilitating group activities, including games, arts and crafts, storytelling,



and outdoor play tailored to different age groups.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues, including active listening and clear instructions.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and observant in a dynamic environment, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills in handling unexpected situations.
- High level of reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to resort policies, and respect for diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and engage in active play for extended periods, and to maintain a clean, organized, and safe kids club space.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain, and familiarity with child safety and emergency procedures.
- Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English preferred to support effective communication with international guests.
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments is an advantage, along with an understanding of service standards aligned with the Ritz-Carlton Reserve brand.
