Job Overview:

We are looking for an Intake Specialist to handle inbound calls related to Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). The adecuado candidate should have excellent communication skills, a neutral English accent, and the ability to assist callers professionally and empathetically.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound SSDI inquiries and conduct initial client intake.

- Gather and accurately document caller information.

- Assess potential client eligibility based on intake guidelines.

- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.

- Previous experience in intake, customer service, or call handling preferred.

- Familiarity with SSDI is an advantage.

- Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.

- Must be willing to work from 6:00pm - 2:00am Central Time
