Kerma Games builds the technology behind modern, social-first gaming. Our proprietary sportsbook and casino engine lets partners launch fully branded, legally compliant gaming products that bring together real social interaction, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one experience.

Now we're opening something new: our Live Casino Studio in Monterrey. From here, we'll stream high-quality, English-language live casino games to players around the world, across four live tables: Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps.

We're looking for Live Game Presenters to be part of the studio from day one. You'll deal live games on camera, chat with players in English, and keep every round smooth, fair, and fun to watch. You're the face of the table, the person players see and talk to, so your energy and professionalism set the tone for the whole experience.

What You'll Do

- Deal live games at the tables, running every round accurately and professionally
- Follow all game procedures, rules, and studio guidelines, every time
- Keep the game moving at a smooth, clear, and steady pace

- Engage with players in English throughout the session, making each game feel personal and entertaining
- Represent the brand on camera, following studio presentation standards for uniform, grooming, and on-set conduct

What You Bring

- C1-level English, with clear, confident spoken communication
- Comfort and confidence on camera, with a polished, professional on-screen presence
- Strong attention to detail and the discipline to follow procedures exactly
- The ability to stay focused and accurate in a live, real-time environment
- A player-first attitude and genuine energy for entertaining people
- Availability to work rotating shifts
