Role Description The Mental Health Provider at NIBBOT is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City. The professional in this role will conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnose and treat a range of mental health and neurological-related conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include managing follow-up consultations, monitoring treatment progress, adjusting therapies as needed, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, providing clinical input on the use of NIBBOT technologies, educating patients and families about treatment options, and adhering to all relevant clinical and ethical standards.





Qualifications

- Licensed medical doctor with specialization in Psychiatry; board certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
- Experience in diagnosing and treating psychiatric and neurological-related conditions, including use of psychopharmacology and psychotherapeutic approaches.
- Ability to integrate and evaluate new medical technologies in clinical practice and provide feedback to technical and research teams.
- Strong patient-centered communication skills, including the ability to explain complex clinical information clearly and empathetically.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and complying with clinical, legal, and ethical regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to case discussions and clinical decision-making.
- Fluency in Spanish; basic to advanced proficiency in English is an advantage for reviewing scientific literature and technical documentation.
- Interest in continuous professional development, research participation, or quality improvement initiatives related to mental health and neuropsychiatric care.
