Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight: Monitor production schedules, manage workflows, and ensure finished goods meet both quantity and quality expectations

Team Leadership: Hire, train,

Plant Manager Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or in similar manufacturing leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing and production environments.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of production management, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing budgets and production schedules.
- Track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production processes.
