Title: Application Developer

Duration: 6-12+month

Rate: $23/hr USD location: Mexico (Remote) - Candidate must be in Mexico Country.

JD:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support business applications. The adecuado candidate will have experience with Progress Software, relational databases, and application development in a Windows environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications using Progress Software technologies.

Develop and optimize database solutions using MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely support to end users.

Write, modify, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

Ensure application performance, security,



and reliability.

Participate in application deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Follow software development best practices and established coding standards.

Required Qualifications

5+years of hands-onands-on experience with Progress Software development.

Strong knowledge of MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases.

5+ year of application development experience using any programming language.

Experience working in a Windows Operating System environment.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
