About the Role
Senior Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to support strategic procurement activities across Print Media, Paper, Dye Sublimation Products, Print Supplies, and related print production categories.



This role will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract management, market analysis, and supplier performance activities to deliver cost savings, ensure supply continuity, mitigate risk, and create long-term business value. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic sourcing and procurement expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to analyze supplier markets, identify opportunities, and build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers in a integral environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for print media, paper, dye sublimation products, print supplies, and related categories.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract implementation.
- Analyze spend, market conditions, supplier capabilities, and total cost of ownership to identify cost reduction and value improvement opportunities.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and supplier assessments to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Lead supplier negotiations and manage commercial agreements to achieve favorable business outcomes.
- Manage supplier performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Present sourcing recommendations, data analysis, and project results to leadership.
