Job Responsibilities: Manage the Group's IT operations, infrastructure, and technology services. Formulate and implement IT strategies that support business objectives. Oversee IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, data protection, and infrastructure. Enhance system performance through automation, digital transformation, and process improvements. Manage IT projects, system deployments, and technology upgrades. Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and external technology partnerships. Develop IT policies, security controls, and business continuity frameworks. Guide, mentor, and develop the IT team to strengthen overall capabilities. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs. Requirements Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 8 years of IT experience, including 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations. Demonstrated ability to oversee IT projects, vendor relationships, and budgets. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
