V. You support our team as Quality Manager (f/m/d) Responsibilities
• Guarantee compliance with the Quality Management System, according to the requirements defined in IATF 16949 and customer's requirements.
• Ensure compliance to global and local procedures, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the customers and the vision of zero defects.
• Ensure that procedures and formats quality system are kept updated.
• Identify and record any problems relating to the quality system , product, process and quality of the processes and / or procedures.
• Represent the “Needs of the Customer” in internal functions such as:
•
- Member of the APQP project teams, with responsibility to contribute to successful launch of products.
•
- Push for the selection of appropriate special characteristics during the APQP process.
•
- Manage the preparation of capability studies, gage R&R;, inspection instructions and control plans for all new products.
•
- Manage the customer PPAP submission process.
•




- Manage the continuous review of control plans and capability studies to assure compliance and continuous improvement.
•
- Setting and monitoring Quality objectives
•
- Manage for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Develop improvement plans when gaps are present. Qualifications
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• 3 -5 years in automotive industry. Previous experience as a Tier 1 to the Automotive OEMs a plus.
