Jr. Brand Operations Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys turning strategy into execution. This is not a traditional Brand Marketing role focused only on campaigns and communications. We are looking for someone who can connect marketing investments with business results, manage complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive flawless execution across our key commercial channels. The role will partner closely with Brand, Sales, Finance, Agencies, Distributors, and Vendors to ensure best-in-class execution across Trade Marketing, budget management, performance reporting, and retail activation.

Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing & Channel Execution
• Lead development and execution of POS materials, displays, merchandising assets, sampling programs, and retail activations.
• Manage vendors and production partners from briefing to implementation.
• Support product launches and commercial initiatives across retail, specialty, e-commerce, and gym channels. Budget Management & Operations
• Consolidate marketing budgets, forecasts, and spending across multiple initiatives.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and credit notes.
• Track investments and identify optimization opportunities. Performance Reporting




• Consolidate results from Trade Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Experiential Marketing, and E-commerce.
• Develop Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and leadership presentations.
• Translate data into insights and recommendations. Strategic Support
• Support annual planning, growth initiatives, innovation projects, and business cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve ROI, channel performance, and execution excellence. Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Brand Management, Commercial Marketing, or Retail Marketing.
• Strong project management and budget tracking experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• English proficiency.
