Como Ingeniero de Mantenimiento, tendrás un papel clave en la coordinación de las operaciones diarias de mantenimiento, liderando al equipo técnico y colaborando directamente con Producción para garantizar la disponibilidad de maquinaria y equipos. Tu contribución será fundamental para reducir tiempos de inactividad, optimizar el desempeño de las líneas de producción y fortalecer una cultura de seguridad, calidad y mejora continua. Responsabilidades Principales
• Coordinar y supervisar al equipo técnico, asignando órdenes de trabajo y asegurando su cumplimiento.
• Gestionar el mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo para garantizar la disponibilidad de maquinaria y equipos.
• Diagnosticar y resolver fallas mecánicas,



eléctricas y de automatización, reduciendo tiempos de inactividad.
• Liderar análisis de causa raíz de fallas críticas, paros no programados y problemas de calidad asociados a los equipos.
• Impulsar la mejora continua mediante TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S y Kaizen.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad industrial y procedimientos LOTO.
• Monitorear indicadores de mantenimiento (Uptime, MTBF y MTTR) e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
• Colaborar con Producción para garantizar la continuidad operativa y el cumplimiento de objetivos de calidad.
