Experience:
5 to 8 years in executive leadership roles within prestigious private educational institutions.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced executive-level fluency in both English and French (required).
• Leadership & Management: Proven track record in directing, mentoring, and developing teaching faculty, academic coordinators, and administrative staff.
• Relational Competencies: Executive presence, diplomacy, emotional intelligence, and strong conflict-resolution skills when engaging with demanding parents and stakeholders.
• Strategic Vision:



Strong command of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to academic excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and enrollment retention.

Key Responsibilities
