About the Position

AZ LNL Transport LLC is a U.S.-based non-emergency medical transportation company seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our remote dispatch and customer service team.

We coordinate transportation for patients traveling to medical appointments and need someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls from patients, drivers, and transportation partners.
- Coordinate and dispatch scheduled transportation trips.
- Monitor driver locations, pickup times, and trip progress.
- Contact drivers to confirm assignments and resolve scheduling issues.
- Make outbound calls to verify appointments and transportation details.
- Document trip updates, delays, cancellations, and customer concerns accurately.
- Maintain organized dispatch records and daily activity logs.
- Communicate concerns or service issues promptly to management.
- Work closely with team members to ensure reliable transportation services.

Qualifications
- Fluent English required, both spoken and written. Spanish fluency preferred.




- Previous customer service, call center, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional home workspace.
- Excellent attendance, communication, and time management.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and time-sensitive situations.
- Able to work independently while following established procedures.
- Available for scheduled shifts beginning at 6:00 AM or 9:00 AM Arizona Time.

What We're Looking For Someone who is reliable, patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative. Our team works with patients who depend on transportation to medical appointments, so professionalism, compassion, and accurate communication are essential.

Training will be provided. Prior medical transportation experience is helpful but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120.00 - $160.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
