The Sales Representative is responsible for efficiently engaging with new incoming leads and ensuring a seamless purchase experience.

Primary duties will include engaging with new sales prospects daily, accurately entering customer data into our CRM system, by communicating product value and enhancing experience following up with new prospects according to our pre-established sales process, coordinating with various departments and our business center partners to fulfill orders, and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and our external customers.

The Sales

Representative must be relentless in making sure no lead or order is left behind and will be expected to successfully upsell additional products according to our client's business needs. Critical thinking skills, attention to detail and process, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills are key to this position's success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Converts a growing share of assigned inbound leads into paying clients each month.
- Raises average order value by matching each client with the add-on products their business needs.
- Keeps every lead and order moving, with no prospect left without follow-up.

Responsibilities The Sales Representative owns each inbound lead from first contact to closed order. Concretely:

- Responds to new leads by phone and email, qualifies them,



and presents the right solution.
- Follows up with every open prospect according to our sales process until the deal closes.
- Recommends additional products, such as live receptionist and meeting rooms, based on each client’s needs.
- Records every interaction and customer detail accurately in our CRM.
- Meets daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals alongside the team supervisor.
- Tracks personal performance in our CRM and reporting tools.

What Success Looks Like at 6 Months

- Hits the monthly revenue goal consistently after ramp-up.
- Responds to every new lead within the team’s target response time.
- Keeps CRM records complete enough that any teammate can pick up an account.
- Attaches add-on products to a growing share of new orders.
- Sends orders to fulfillment with no rework needed from partners or operations.

Requirements

- 1+ years in sales or phone-based customer service.
- Fluent spoken and written English. All calls, emails and CRM notes are in English.
- Motivated by commission and measurable results.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Lives in the Monterrey metro area and can commute to San Pedro daily.

Nice to Have

- Experience selling to U.S. clients or working in a bilingual environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Background in SaaS, services or subscription products.
