We are looking for an experienced CADM Cloud Deployment & Integration Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud-native application deployments, preferably within Nokia telecom environments. The idóneo candidate will have a solid background in application deployment, integration, software upgrades, infrastructure readiness validation, and production troubleshooting, with experience supporting telecom cloud infrastructure.

This opportunity is an urgent backfill for an engineer leaving the project. Candidates must be based in Latin American (LATAM) countries and comfortable working independently as an independent consultant. The engagement offers an approximate pay rate of $33 USD per hour , with no benefits, under a 1099/C2C arrangement in the consultant’s own name.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and containerized application deployments.
- Expertise in Helm charts, configuration overrides, and deployment automation.
- Experience deploying, configuring, integrating, and upgrading cloud-native applications.
- Working knowledge of OpenStack and cloud infrastructure operations.
- Experience with ELK Stack for centralized logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka messaging, administration, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), user permissions, and access controls.
- Understanding of firewall rules, network policies, tenant configurations, namespaces, and application connectivity.
- Experience managing software images, deployment versions, and release governance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and integration issues.
- Experience executing Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), service-level testing, and deployment validation.
- Ability to support production maintenance windows and coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams.

What You Will Be Doing
- Perform CADM application deployments, configurations, integrations, and upgrades across multiple environments.
- Develop, maintain, and update Helm charts, application overrides, and deployment configurations.
- Manage container image lifecycles, software versions, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments, namespaces, workloads, and application connectivity.
- Validate infrastructure readiness before application deployments and software upgrades.
- Verify firewall rules, network policies, tenant configurations, and platform integrations.
- Analyze application logs using ELK Stack to identify and resolve operational issues.




- Support Apache Kafka administration and troubleshoot message-flow and integration issues.
- Work with OpenStack infrastructure teams to validate cloud platform readiness.
- Support IAM processes, user permissions, and access control requirements.
- Execute ATP, service-level testing, and post-deployment validation.
