About the RoleWe are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support business growth through sales data analysis, customer purchasing trends, and data-driven recommendations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role will analyze historical sales performance, identify seasonal patterns, uncover growth opportunities, and provide insights to support commercial and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze sales data by customer, product, and time period to identify trends and purchasing patterns.
- Identify seasonal demand, changes in customer behavior, and opportunities to increase sales.
- Evaluate customer performance and recommend products based on purchasing history and market trends.
- Track sales KPIs, forecasts, and targets to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Inventory teams to support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and internal systems.

Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or BI tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
