Job Summary

As a Senior Salesforce Developer on our Revenue Technology team, you will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for extending business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), advanced Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs, while ensuring platform performance, security, and architecture integrity.

Duties/Responsibilities

Review complex business requirements against current system architecture and apply strong software engineering principles to deliver stable, scalable solutions.

Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative Flows.

Build and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations, webhooks, and custom web services between Salesforce and internal and external systems.

Mature software delivery processes peer code reviews and related CI/CD pipeline strategies.

Provide technical leadership on platform security models, object data modeling, and governor limit optimization.

Help strengthen the development practice by establishing coding standards, architectural best practices, and documentation.

Partner with our Product,



Engineering and Business Operations teams to build scalable solutions supporting our go-to-market (GTM) business functions.

Required Experience & Qualifications

5+ years of total software development experience.

4+ years of dedicated, hands-on development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Deep technical proficiency with Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and

Salesforce Flows.

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, custom webhooks, and third-party system integrations.

Experience with development lifecycle and related concepts and tooling.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and SOQL/SOSL query performance optimization.

Required Certifications

Salesforce Certified Developer I (PD1)

Salesforce Certified Developer II (PD2)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the following Salesforce clouds

Sales & Service Cloud

Experience Cloud (Communities)

Commerce Cloud

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Gearset, Github.
