Digital Operations & Marketing Assistant – Klaviyo

Remote | Latin America | Hourly Contract

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and AI-savvy professional to support a boutique e-commerce and analytics consultancy working with U.S. brands.

This is an early-career, generalist role focused on digital operations, marketing support, research, and day-to-day project tasks.

What you’ll do:

- Build forms and surveys from written briefs
- Support research, audits, and light analysis
- Assist with digital marketing and e-commerce tasks
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve efficiency
- Organize and format documents, spreadsheets, and project materials
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly

What we’re looking for:





- Hands-on Klaviyo experience — required
- Strong English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- Proactive and reliable
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Based in Latin America
