Role Overview

We are looking for a high-velocity, adaptable Full Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-impact product team building a brand-new MVP from the ground up.

In this role, you will work alongside an established engineering squad utilizing modern AI-assisted software development techniques to deliver code at exceptional speed. Rather than traditional multi-week sprint cadences, this team operates on a rapid, daily delivery flow—leveraging AI coding assistants to generate up to 95% of initial code drafts while maintaining high standards for technical architecture, automated testing, and security guardrails.

Core Responsibilities

- AI-Accelerated Feature Delivery: Utilize AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI) to rapidly execute end-to-end user stories, refactor legacy logic, and prototype features at elevated daily cadences.
- Backend Development: Design and maintain scalable, cloud-native microservices using C# / .NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and modern event-driven architectures.
- Frontend Development: Build clean, responsive, and maintainable user interfaces with React (TypeScript, Functional Components, Hooks, Context API, Zustand/Redux).
- Cloud Infrastructure &
- Pipelines:



Work with cloud services on AWS (Lambda, SQS/SNS, Cognito, ECS, Docker) and ensure integration into automated review pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
- Document Management &
- Signatures: Implement document lifecycle features, template creation, dynamic field population (first/last name, dynamic metadata), and e-signature integrations.
- Quality Assurance &
- Safeguards: Oversee automated code review guardrails, static code analysis, and unit testing (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, RTL) to validate AI-generated code outputs.

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ Years of Hands-On Engineering Experience: Proven track record building and scaling production applications with C# / .NET Core and React (TypeScript).
- Proficiency in AI-Assisted Engineering: Hands-on daily experience using modern AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) with strong prompt and context engineering skills.
- Cloud Native Architecture: Functional expertise using AWS services (Lambda, ECS, SQS/SNS) and containerization (Docker).
- Database &
- API Design: Strong proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server), ORMs, SQL query optimization, and RESTful microservice design.
- Timezone &
- Location Alignment: Located in LatAm (Mexico or Brazil strongly preferred) to support real-time, daily synchronous collaboration with US team members.
- Communication: Business-fluent English skills (written and spoken) for continuous daily cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Experience
- Document Signature & eSign Integration: Prior experience integrating e-signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign, native PDF dynamic field population, automated e-signing templates).
- Cloud Certifications: Formal AWS certifications (Developer,



Solutions Architect) or demonstrated deep knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure.
- NoSQL / Document Stores: Working experience with document databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Kanban / High-Velocity Execution: Comfort working in dynamic, non-standard Agile environments focused on short, hourly/daily story completion cycles.
- Key Transcript-Driven Adjustments Applied
- Targeted AI Focus: Reframed AI tools from a secondary skill to a central operational model (95% target AI-assisted code generation, rapid daily cadences).
- DocuSign / Dynamic PDF Fields: Added document dynamic field auto-population and e-signature template experience under core responsibilities and preferred qualifications.
