Looking for Systems Integration Analyst

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing system integrations.
- Experience owning integrations throughout the implementation lifecycle rather than solely supporting development efforts.
- Strong understanding of API concepts and integration architectures.
- Hands-on experience working with:
- JSON
- XML
- REST APIs
- SFTP/File Transfer Technologies
- Experience using API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI, or similar.
- Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining integration mapping documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve production issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
