Remote Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Full-Time | 100% Remote | English Fluency Required

Titan Staffing is looking for a proactive, results-driven Remote Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who enjoys connecting people with job opportunities, communicates confidently in English, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

The idóneo candidate is organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable managing high-volume recruitment activities while meeting weekly performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of open positions.
- Conduct candidate outreach, initial screening calls, and follow-ups.
- Communicate professionally with candidates via phone, text, email, and other platforms.
- Guide applicants through profile creation, application troubleshooting, and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM).
- Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Meet weekly KPIs related to calls, qualified candidates, submissions, onboarding, and placements.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to meet hiring deadlines and staffing goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate engagement, and sourcing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Strong verbal communication is essential.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, or high-volume phone-based roles is preferred.
- Excellent phone communication, listening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accurate data entry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and accountable for results.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Remote Work Requirements

- Full-time availability during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
- Reliable computer or laptop.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet, professional workspace suitable for phone calls.
- Ability to remain responsive, organized, and productive throughout the workday.

Compensation $6.25 USD per hour
