About the Role
A growing tech company is seeking a confident and personable Bilingual B2B Cold Caller to introduce its childcare availability app to daycare owners.The app works like an OpenTable for childcare. Parents can find available daycare spots when they need drop-in care, additional hours, or temporary childcare. Daycare owners can fill unused openings and create an additional income stream.This is an educational cold-calling role, not a hard-sales position. Daycare owners are not being asked to purchase anything. Your goal is to introduce the app and schedule a demo call with interested daycare owners.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to daycare owners in English and Spanish
- Introduce the app and explain its main benefits
- Identify interested daycare owners and schedule demo calls
- Follow up with daycare owners as needed
- Record call outcomes, notes, and follow-up tasks in GoHighLevel
- Maintain accurate and organized lead records




- Meet agreed calling and demo-scheduling goals
- Share common questions and feedback with the team

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- C1+ level of English proficiency
- Fluent Spanish
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and introducing new technology
- Able to build interest without using aggressive sales tactics
- Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM
- Strong organization, follow-up, and recordkeeping skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Experience in the childcare industry is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $180.00 - $220.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
