Responsabilidades:

He or she is responsible for managing the human resources, materials, and equipment related to production, safety, and quality within his or her area.

- Carry out daily production operations in accordance with production demand; define priorities and sequencing in the production area.
- Support all EHS programs and activities in order to reduce and eliminate safety incidents in the area.
- Verify the quality of the products in each of the production cells or machines.
- Implement the necessary strategies to meet daily production schedules.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department regarding the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment under your responsibility.
- Maintain the 5S program in the area.
- Supervise the staff under your supervision and evaluate their performance.
- Ensure that the staff under your supervision comply with quality and safety procedures to meet quality requirements and protect the physical well-being of workers.
- Ensure and assist in the development and training of the staff under your supervision in accordance with the programs established by Human Resources and other departments.

Requisitios:
- Ingeniería IMA, IME, II, Técnico o similar

1 a 2 años de experiencia en el mismo puesto de trabajo o responsabilidades similares.

- Experiencia liderando grupos de personas, alto compromiso y enfoque en cumplir objetivos.
- Habilidades de comunicación, solución de problemas, trabajo en equipo, enfoque en resultados
