Customer Service Representative – Logistics (Evening Shift & Weekends)

- Work Arrangement: On-site
- Language Requirement: English proficiency at B2–C1 level

What Will You Do?

- Coordinate domestic and international air, ocean, and ground shipments.
- Prepare quotes for expedited transportation solutions.




- Monitor and follow up on shipments, flights, pickups, and deliveries.
- Manage import/export documentation and customs clearance processes.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, airlines, brokers, and service providers.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.

What Qualifications Are We Looking For?

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Business, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- 1–3 years of experience in international logistics, air transportation, freight forwarding, airlines, cargo brokerage, or charter services.
- Knowledge of air charter operations, import/export procedures, pricing, and Microsoft Office tools.
