As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Driver Assistance Agent to join our remote support team — someone who can ensure our drivers on the road receive timely, efficient help whenever mechanical issues arise.

Who We’re Looking For
A proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency. You should be comfortable assisting truck drivers remotely, understanding their technical needs, and coordinating mechanical support efficiently. Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics — especially with 53’ trailer trucks — is essential to properly assess and communicate repair needs.

Requirements

- Advanced English level (mandatory) — fluent verbal and written communication.
- Experience in driver support, dispatching, or mechanical assistance roles (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of truck and trailer mechanics (e.g., tires, brakes, engine, electrical systems).
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Tech-savvy, with comfort using tracking and communication tools.
- Schedule availability Thursday & Friday 12 PM - 12 AM, Saturday & Sunday 2 PM - 11 PM (Monday to Wednesday Off)

Key Responsibilities





- Serve as the first point of contact for drivers experiencing mechanical or roadside issues.
- Diagnose basic mechanical problems over the phone and determine next steps.
- Coordinate with roadside assistance vendors, repair shops, or towing services.
- Track and monitor service requests to ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents, repairs, and communications in internal systems.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with drivers in real time, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with logistics or transportation operations.
- Customer service or call center experience in a U.S. market.
- Understanding of USDOT regulations or fleet maintenance procedures (a plus)
