Shawn Buys Houses is a US-based real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners in Oklahoma and in western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. We run our lead generation on DataSift, a modern real estate lead-management platform, and we’re building our systems as we grow. Your feedback from the front lines will directly shape how we run our pipeline.

We’re hiring a full-time Cold Caller / Lead Generator to be the first voice our sellers hear. You’ll spend your day making outbound calls to US homeowners, building rapport, identifying motivated sellers, and generating qualified leads for our acquisitions team. Every call is logged in DataSift.

Daily expectations

- 150 dials per day, every day, logged accurately in DataSift
- Around 15 to 20 live homeowner conversations a day (varies by list)
- 2 to 5 qualified leads generated per day (the core of the role)
- Same-day dispositions and notes on every record, with no loose ends
- Clean handoff of every qualified lead to our acquisitions team

What you’ll do

- Work our call lists inside DataSift and dial with energy and consistency
- Build trust quickly, handle objections, and spot motivated sellers
- Generate qualified leads and hand them cleanly to acquisitions
- Keep DataSift current so the whole pipeline keeps moving





You’re a great fit if you

- Speak clear, confident, near-native English that US homeowners are comfortable with
- Have cold-calling, lead-generation, or sales-development experience (real estate is a plus)
- Are comfortable in a CRM; experience with DataSift, REISift, REsimpli, GoHighLevel, or similar is a plus (we’ll train you)
- Are resilient, coachable, and reliable during US Central business hours
