Coordinate with integral cross-functional teams to execute new product development and engineering change projects.Project Planning & Launch Management: Develop, manage and monitor weekly launch timing plans.Product & Process Development:



Ensure product & process development activities are completed within the agreed milestones & as per established proceduresRisk Management & Documentation: Identify risks in timing, scope, cost & quality and implement corrective actions. Document & maintain analyses, studies, records, decisions, follow up actions according to company procedures, from concept phase until end of production.Manufacturing & series production support:Support analyses & optimization of process efficiency, quality, scrap rate & tool cost via SPL approach.Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE): Coordinate internal & customer driven VAVE activities throughout the product lifecycle.
