This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Sales Agent located in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting clients, offering auto maintenance warranties, and closing sales by highlighting the benefits of our coverage plans. Position Details:

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (Enjoy your weekends off!)
- Base Pay: $4,000 MXN Net weekly
- Incentives: Performance bonuses of up to $1,000 USD monthly based on sales targets
- Location: On-site in Mexico City
- Benefits: Paid training and full law benefits from day one (social security, Christmas bonus, paid vacations)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers interested in auto protection.
- Explain features, benefits, and coverage options of auto maintenance warranty plans.




- Overcome objections and close sales efficiently to exceed individual targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Deliver high quality service and build trust with clients during every interaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call center sales (experience in auto, insurance, or financial services is a strong plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on maximizing monthly bonuses.
- Advanced/Fluent English level (C1 required) with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (navigation, CRM data entry).
