Goal of this position : ***Is responsible to plan and organize daily activities related to production and operations, and collaborate with others departments to complete the organization goals.

- _ Responsibilities :

- Plan, direct and coordinate the operations

- Develop, maintain and monitor production indicators

- Develop the skills of the team based on the objectives set

- Collaborate with human resources in the hiring, training and performance evaluation processes;

- Maintain good labor relations in accordance with the laws, company regulations and the collective agreement

- Establish an action plan to implement projects in accordance with organizational priorities

- Plan, estimate and ensure good management of expenses related to production

- Implement daily production meetings and support the team of supervisors in the daily management system (DMS).

- Set up the work in progress (WIP) inventory settings.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in furniture industry (desirable)
- Bilingual Spanish/English (French is a plus)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP System
- Good communication skills
- Results oriented
